Turnbuckle with Hook-Hook End Fitting

- End fittings are Quenched and Tempered / bodies heat treated by normalizing.
- Hooks are forged with a greater cross sectional area that results in a stronger hook with better fatigue properties.

All William Hackett Grade 8 lifting components comply fully with the relevant section of EN1677, they are forged from alloy steel, they are crack detected following heat treatment and finally proof tested to 2.5 times working load. The full compliance of these components means that they can be used in chain slings certified to EN 818-4, for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit.

Horizontal lifting clamp (HC)
Toyolift Horizontal Plate lifting clamps are used in sets of two for the horizontal transportation of plate sections. Attachment and removal of the clamps from the plate is extremely easy due to the simple and straightforward design. The working load limits shown on the technical parameter table are based on a set of two clamps used together. Toyolift Lifting Clamps provide a fast and efficient method for lifting plate or any similarly shaped fabrications. Compact shape and relatively low unit weight with high lifting W.L.L. It can only be used in pairs using a two-leg sling or spreader beam.
Master link
Grade 8 Master Link is made from high tensile alloy steel according to EN1677-4. The forged G80 master links are forged for all sizes for the maximum working load. It will be fit for single and double leg EN818-4 Grade 8 chain slings. The master links have a much bigger width design for a bigger crane hook. Sizes from 3.2T to 65T and bespoke sizes are available.

Master link assembly
Ratchet loadbinder
Crosby Standard Lever Type Load Binders.
- Extra heavy construction at leverage point to prevent spreading. Heel of binder toggles away from load, permitting easy release.
- Ball and socket swivel joints at hook assemblies permit a straight line pull.
- Binders shown with Proof Loads have been individually proof tested to values shown, prior to shipment.
- Meets or exceeds requirements of US DOT FMCSA Part 393 Subpart I.
